This policy explains how WEDO4U LTD, trading as QubeHub, uses cookies and similar technologies on qubehub.ai and qubehub.io. "Similar technologies" means browser local storage, tracking pixels and scripts that recognise your device. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Only strictly necessary technologies run before you choose.
- Analytics and marketing technologies run only if you accept them.
- You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category.
- You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or the cookie icon in the corner on pages without one.
- Rejecting cookies does not stop you using the site.
We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again.

Embedded services
The site's forms and meeting booking are provided by HubSpot. When you use a form or book a meeting,
HubSpot may set cookies. These include hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and
__hssrc, which link your submission to your visits and remember that you have already submitted a form.
They last from the session up to 6 months. When you submit a form, we treat that as a request to be contacted.
HubSpot's tracking cookies are set only if you have accepted marketing cookies.

4. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
