Services are available on a pay-per-use and subscription-based model, as outlined in our current pricing structure or as individually agreed.

2. Account Registration

  • To access QubeHub Services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account details, passwords, and ensuring authorized use of your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@qubehub.ai of unauthorized use or any breach of security.

3. Use of Services

  • You must use the Services strictly in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring any data provided or processed through QubeHub complies with relevant privacy laws (including GDPR).
  • Misuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, distribution, or attempts to compromise our Services' security are prohibited.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is clearly outlined on our website or specified in a separate client agreement. QubeHub offers both pay-per-use ("Pay only for results") and monthly subscription options.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for the Services selected.
  • All payments shall be processed securely. Late or incomplete payments may lead to service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • QubeHub owns all intellectual property rights in its platform, technology, algorithms, designs, content, trademarks, and associated Services.
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our Services for their business purposes.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials belonging to QubeHub without our express written consent.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your data. By using our Services, you grant QubeHub the right to process, store, and utilize your data as necessary to provide and improve our Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Integration

  • QubeHub integrates with third-party services, such as CRM systems, messaging platforms, and AI processing services, upon client instruction.
  • Use of third-party integrations is subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. QubeHub does not take responsibility for issues arising from third-party integrations.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential all information exchanged in connection with the Services, unless the information is publicly known or required by law to be disclosed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." QubeHub makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

QubeHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability, regardless of the cause or nature of the claim, is limited to the amount paid by you to QubeHub within the last twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QubeHub, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any term and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

13. Changes to Terms of Use

QubeHub may update or modify these Terms occasionally. Significant updates will be communicated through our website or email notification.
Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts.
