A unit is any property listing (apartment, villa, office, etc.) that has an active (not sold) status. Once you mark a unit as Sold, it no longer counts toward your quota.
What is a batch?
Units are purchased in batches of 20. For example, 1 batch = 20 units, 5 batches = 100 units. The more batches you buy, the lower the price per unit.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can adjust your batch count from the Billing page inside your CRM.
Do unused units roll over?
No, unused units reset at the end of each billing cycle. Your quota refreshes every month.
